When one of my neighbors found out that I could sew, she asked if I could make cushions for her newly built window seating area. I said absolutely and got right to work measuring, researching fabrics, and ordering supplies.

Once everything arrived, I constructed two rectangular cushions and two irregular shaped ones for the sides. The irregular ones were a little tricky to get perfect, but the end result proved worthy. I used upholstery fabric for the decorative side and cushion underlining for extra grip on the bottom. To be continued…
